Make plans to stay in this newly remodeled, 780 sq. ft. 2nd-floor condo. Located on the sandy beaches of Okaloosa Island, this condo is easily accessed by only one flight of stairs and is perfect for small families and couple’s getaways.
The welcoming tones of this bright living space invite you to relax and have fun! Gather your thoughts with the beauty of the coast from the lovely private balcony. The cozy bedroom features a king-size bed (sleeps 2), and a queen-size sleeper sofa bed (sleeps 2) is in the living room. Additionally, there is a full-size Murphy bed (sleeps 2) in the living room. The full bathroom offers a shower/tub combo.
Enjoy preparing any meal in the fully upgraded and equipped kitchen. We provide our guests with 5-star linens and towels. Also, for your convenience, there is a fantastic newly renovated coin-operated laundry facility on the ground floor!
For outdoor fun, enjoy our beautiful beaches (within walking distance) and the FREE beach service (included in your rent), offering 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Or enjoy a swim in our swimming pool, play a game of shuffleboard, or a round of tennis!
Spend more quality time with friends and family cooking in the charcoal grilling area. Additionally, those who want to keep their workout routines will love our gym/fitness room.

- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies):
Kitchen: 1 roll of paper towels, 60ml bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 Keurig pods, 4 sugar sticks, 4 creamers (2 French vanilla and 2 original), cleaning wipes (15ct), 3 trash bags, and 2 laundry pods.
Full Bathroom(s): 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 37ml bottle of shampoo, 37ml bottle of conditioner, 37ml bottle of body wash, 37ml bottle of lotion, hand & face bar, massage body bar, and makeup wipes.
For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Spices & condiments are not provided.
