Welcome to this beautiful Island treasure! “Sea Gem” is located on the sandy beaches of Okaloosa Island. This delightful 803 sq. ft. condo is perfect for small families and couple getaways.
Your cares will melt away as you enter this seaside living space. This 5th-floor condo beautifully connects with the coastal ambiance below. Views of the Gulf are a sight to behold from the private balcony beyond the living room!
The bedroom features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and a full private bathroom, with a walk-in shower. In the hallway is a bunk bed (sleeps 2) alcove and in the living room is a cozy queen-size sofa sleeper (sleeps 2). The second full bathroom features a shower/tub combo.
The kitchen is updated and fully equipped for preparing any meal. For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.
For outdoor activities, enjoy our beautiful beaches and the FREE beach service (included in your rental), featuring: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). If you prefer, you can see the beauty of the beach from our Gulf-front pool (the largest pool on the Island). Or soak in our smaller heated pool during cooler months.
Also, spend time with friends and family cooking in the charcoal grilling area. Additionally, those who want to keep their workout routines will love our gym/fitness room. Finally, we’re pleased to offer a covered parking garage for all Waters Edge guests.

This condo is also conveniently located near the Destin/Fort Walton Beach Convention Center, Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier & Boardwalk, The Air Force Armament Museum, Eglin Air Force & Hurlburt Bases, and more!

- DUE TO SEVERE ALLERGIES, there are absolutely no animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
SECURITY CAMERAS. Security cameras are or may be present on the exterior of your rental. There are NO interior cameras. The sole purpose of video / audio security equipment is to secure the rental buildings. The purpose of video security equipment is NOT to evaluate registered guests or to monitor their behavior or conduct. Video security equipment will NOT be utilized to observe guest during their stay. Personnel in connection with investigation of suspected criminal conduct or security violations or incidents may review data from the video security equipment. Access to data involving guests will be limited to appropriate personnel and law enforcement officers. Such review will take place in the office of one of the parties listed above.

Beautiful view, prime location on the beach. The sand is powdery white and the water is clear. We saw dolphins from the balcony in the mornings. We loved the beach chairs and umbrella service included in the stay. The property is well taken care of and clean. The pool is huge but note no shade at the pool. We loved the hosts local recommendations.

We enjoyed our stay at 514 Waters Edge. Loved waking up and walking into the living area with the gulf right there. Balcony was great. Balcony furniture has high table and chairs, so view was just gorgeous. The condo was spotless. Having an extra bathroom was a bonus as well as the washer and dryer. The kitchen was stocked. Restaurants are near by. Great location. We will come back!
