This gorgeous, newly remodeled, 760 sq. ft 2nd-floor smaller complex condo is perfect for small families and couple’s getaways.
This bright, open living space has all the coastal vibes you’ve been dreaming of for your breezy island vacation. Unwind to the sights and sounds of the beautiful blue waters and grassy dunes from the private balcony!
The lovely bedroom features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and an attached full bathroom. There is a cozy bunk bed alcove in the hallway (sleeps 2) and a comfy queen sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) in the living area.
Enjoy preparing any meal in the upgraded & fully equipped kitchen! For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.
For outdoor activities, enjoy our beautiful beaches and the free beach service (included in your rental), featuring: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Or, if you prefer, you can also swim in our lovely swimming pool!
Please Note: A Signed Rental Agreement is Required on ALL Bookings. It will be emailed Separately to You. This must be electronically signed within 48 HRS of Booking.

- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children are Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
