This elevated, 1st-floor, modern delight is perfect for small families and couple’s getaways. It has been fully upgraded and ONLY requires climbing one flight of stairs.
The welcoming 820 sq. ft. of living space invites you to immerse yourself in coastal life. You can read a good book on the private balcony or take a long walk on the beach only steps away.
The bedroom of this condo features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and an attached private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The 2nd full bathroom features a walk-in shower. In the hallway is a bunk bed (sleeps 2) alcove and a queen sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) in the living area.
Prepare any meal in the upgraded and fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. Also, enjoy one reserved covered parking spot in the garage.
For outdoor activities, enjoy our beautiful beaches and the FREE beach service (included in your rental), featuring: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Or, if you prefer, you can go swimming in our large pool, or soak in the hot tub during the cooler months!
Also, spend time with friends and family cooking in the charcoal grilling area. Additionally, those who want to keep their workout routines will love our gym/fitness room.

This condo is also conveniently located near the Destin/Fort Walton Beach Convention Center, Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier & Boardwalk, The Air Force Armament Museum, Eglin Air Force & Hurlburt Bases, and more!

- Check-in starts at 4 pm. Some properties may qualify for early check-in of 1 pm for $50 (+tax). *Subject to availability*
- Check-out is at 10 am. Some properties may qualify for a late check-out of 1 pm for $50 (+tax). *Subject to availability*
- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
Security cameras are or may be present on the exterior of your rental. There are NO interior cameras. The sole purpose of video / audio security equipment is to secure the rental buildings. The purpose of video security equipment is NOT to evaluate registered guests or to monitor their behavior or conduct. Video security equipment will NOT be utilized to observe guest during their stay. Personnel in connection with investigation of suspected criminal conduct or security violations or incidents may review data from the video security equipment. Access to data involving guests will be limited to appropriate personnel and law enforcement officers. Such review will take place in the office of one of the parties listed above.
In the warmer months - please note, coastal air conditioning units cannot sustain being set on really low air temps in combination with the local high humidity... they freeze up and shut down. Please, Please, please - keep the windows and doors closed. Open doors and windows can create powerful wind tunnels in units which can cause injury. Unfortunately, we have had some less considerate guests who have left the balcony doors open. Easy Vacation Services, the HOA, and/or the owner of the property shall NOT be held responsible for any damages or injuries associated with open windows and/or doors. Any necessary repairs will be billed directly to the renter/guest :(

Everything was just as described! CareySue is an excellent host and you can't find anyone any better! We even had a glitch with the keyless entry and was locked out for maybe 2 minutes before they had it reset!
The beds could be a bit comfortable in my opinion but everyone's preferences differ.
Overall we had a great stay and definitely recommend staying with them!!

This is a wonderful vacation spot. It is right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. My kids enjoyed the beach and swimming pool. Family friendly and all the amenities you need. We will certainly be staying again. The host kept in touch regularly and provided donuts from her local shop at check in. Thanks for a wonderful experience. We will be visiting again.

This condos incredible location is just amazingly perfect. The grounds are clean and well kept. The outdoor shower, pool and hot tub were phenomenal. The condo itself was clean, the beds super comfy and the kitchen was stocked with the cookware to meet our needs. We would definitely stay again.
