“Sea” yourself enjoying a beautiful Island adventure! “Sandy Toes 1” on the beaches of Okaloosa Island. This elevated, 1st-floor, modern delight is perfect for small families and couples getaways. It has been fully upgraded and ONLY requires climbing one flight of stairs.
The welcoming 820 sq. ft. of living space invites you to immerse yourself in coastal life. You can read a good book on the private balcony, or take a long walk on the beach only steps away.
The bedroom of this condo features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and an attached private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The 2nd full bathroom features a walk-in shower. In the hallway is a bunk bed (sleeps 2) alcove and a queen sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) in the living area.
Prepare any meal in the upgraded and fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.
For outdoor activities, enjoy our beautiful beaches and the FREE beach service (included in your rental), featuring: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Or, if you prefer, you can go swimming in our large pool, or soak in the hot tub during the cooler months!
Also, spend time with friends and family cooking in the charcoal grilling area. Additionally, those who want to keep their workout routines will love our gym/fitness room. Finally, we’re pleased to offer reserved covered parking.

***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
SECURITY CAMERAS. Security cameras are or may be present on the exterior of your rental. There are NO interior cameras. The sole purpose of video / audio security equipment is to secure the rental buildings. The purpose of video security equipment is NOT to evaluate registered guests or to monitor their behavior or conduct. Video security equipment will NOT be utilized to observe guest during their stay. Personnel in connection with investigation of suspected criminal conduct or security violations or incidents may review data from the video security equipment. Access to data involving guests will be limited to appropriate personnel and law enforcement officers. Such review will take place in the office of one of the parties listed above.

Everything was just as described! CareySue is an excellent host and you can't find anyone any better! We even had a glitch with the keyless entry and was locked out for maybe 2 minutes before they had it reset!
The beds could be a bit comfortable in my opinion but everyone's preferences differ.
Overall we had a great stay and definitely recommend staying with them!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Perfect getaway for our "mini-moon." We cannot wait to come back and bring our kids. Easy access to the pool and literally right on the beach! Super clean and we loved that everything you need is right there in the condo! We even made a pit stop at the donut shop on our way out!

This is a wonderful vacation spot. It is right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. My kids enjoyed the beach and swimming pool. Family friendly and all the amenities you need. We will certainly be staying again. The host kept in touch regularly and provided donuts from her local shop at check in. Thanks for a wonderful experience. We will be visiting again.

This condos incredible location is just amazingly perfect. The grounds are clean and well kept. The outdoor shower, pool and hot tub were phenomenal. The condo itself was clean, the beds super comfy and the kitchen was stocked with the cookware to meet our needs. We would definitely stay again.

This condo and area was nice. The condo sits right on the beach. You can sit on the balcony and see the blue waters of the gulf or walk one flight of stairs, over the dune bridge and be right on the powdery white sand. The owners and property management was great! They even had donuts waiting for us in the condo when we arrived. Nice touch! It was just my wife and I no kids this time so it was great. The condo came with beach chair and umbrella service so no need the bring ours. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of the Destin area so that was a plus for us but close enough to get to the Destin area. We only stayed for two nights but would definitely stay here again. A relaxing good time!
