“Sea” yourself enjoying a beautiful Island adventure! “Sandy Toes 1” on the beaches of Okaloosa Island. This elevated, 1st-floor, modern delight is perfect for small families and couples getaways. It has been fully upgraded and ONLY requires climbing one flight of stairs.
The welcoming 820 sq. ft. of living space invites you to immerse yourself in coastal life. You can read a good book on the private balcony, or take a long walk on the beach only steps away.
The bedroom of this condo features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and an attached private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The 2nd full bathroom features a walk-in shower. In the hallway is a bunk bed (sleeps 2) alcove and a queen sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) in the living area.
Prepare any meal in the upgraded and fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.
For outdoor activities, enjoy our beautiful beaches and the FREE beach service (included in your rental), featuring: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Or, if you prefer, you can go swimming in our large pool, or soak in the hot tub during the cooler months!
Also, spend time with friends and family cooking in the charcoal grilling area. Additionally, those who want to keep their workout routines will love our gym/fitness room. Finally, we’re pleased to offer reserved covered parking.

- DUE TO SEVERE ALLERGIES, there are absolutely no animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
SECURITY CAMERAS. Security cameras are or may be present on the exterior of your rental. There are NO interior cameras. The sole purpose of video / audio security equipment is to secure the rental buildings. The purpose of video security equipment is NOT to evaluate registered guests or to monitor their behavior or conduct. Video security equipment will NOT be utilized to observe guest during their stay. Personnel in connection with investigation of suspected criminal conduct or security violations or incidents may review data from the video security equipment. Access to data involving guests will be limited to appropriate personnel and law enforcement officers. Such review will take place in the office of one of the parties listed above.

Two thumbs up for CareySues place! We normally stay in Destin but were drawn to the Fort Walton location based on the proximity to the beach and we are so glad we decided to go with CareySue! CareySue was communicative from the beginning with helping us book and check in. When we checked in we had some yummy donuts waiting and the place was great! Clean and so close to the beach that we spent all week at the beach or the pool. If you have kids this is a great location that is family friendly and includes some great amenities like toys for the beach, a washer/ dryer and even chair service at the beach :) You cant go wrong with CareySue!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! Owners were extremely easy to communicate with, everything that we needed for our stay was available, everything was clean, and this was an amazing location on the beach. Also, very close to everything (restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc.)
