Your Island adventure awaits at this stunning 1125 sq. ft. 4th-floor condo! Located on the sandy beaches of Okaloosa Island, this unit is perfect for families and multi-couple vacationers.
Soothing coastal sounds from the private balcony, with the breezy salty air, are just a few of the many reasons you’ll want to vacation here! Serene open spaces and luxurious coastal vibes make this a true relaxing paradise!
The Master suite features a king-size bed (sleeps 2), access to the balcony, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The 2nd bedroom features two twin beds (sleeps 2) with a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) in the living room.
Enjoy preparing any meal in the fully upgraded and equipped kitchen! For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.
For outdoor activities, enjoy our beautiful beaches and the FREE beach service (included in your rental), featuring: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Or you can go swimming in the pool! Also, spend time with friends and family cooking in the charcoal grilling area.

- Check-in starts at 4 pm. Some properties may qualify for early check-in of 1 pm for $50 (+tax). *Subject to availability*

- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
Security cameras are or may be present on the exterior of your rental. There are NO interior cameras. The sole purpose of video / audio security equipment is to secure the rental buildings. The purpose of video security equipment is NOT to evaluate registered guests or to monitor their behavior or conduct. Video security equipment will NOT be utilized to observe guest during their stay. Personnel in connection with investigation of suspected criminal conduct or security violations or incidents may review data from the video security equipment. Access to data involving guests will be limited to appropriate personnel and law enforcement officers. Such review will take place in the office of one of the parties listed above.
In the warmer months - please note, coastal air conditioning units cannot sustain being set on really low air temps in combination with the local high humidity... they freeze up and shut down. Please, please, please - keep the windows and doors closed. Open doors and windows can create powerful wind tunnels in units which can cause injury. Unfortunately, we have had some less considerate guests who have left the balcony doors open. Easy Vacation Services, the HOA, and/or the owner of the property shall NOT be held responsible for any damages or injuries associated with open windows and/or doors. Any necessary repairs will be billed directly to the renter/guest :(

I cant say enough good things about this place. The view was spectacular and more then what I ever expected. Seeing the dolphins every morning was the real treat (donuts were wonderful too) and its just short walk to the shore. We cant wait to stay here again!

I was incredibly pleased with this location. The condo was exactly like the pictures. The views were amazing! We were welcomed with donuts which was a great treat for the kids after the long car ride. The communication was top tier. CareySue made sure to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly. With the rainy days, She recommended activities and restaurants that really came in handy. I would recommend this location to anyone and definitely looking to visit again!

Our family of 4 stayed at Unit 4006 which was very nice and beautiful decorated with coastal theme. It had everything we needed for our 3 nights trip with minimal cooking (twice). We didnt use the pool but hit the beach 4h/day and watching sunrise and sunset was perfect.
All in all we enjoyed the unit itself and the location. We will be back!

Our stay at Emerald Shores was terrific. CareySue did a great job checking in with us along the way...however, we never needed her assistance because the condo was clean and ready to go! Multiple televisions with cable/streaming are nice additions if you have children. The donuts were a GREAT tasty treat for our kiddos after a long drive to Florida!! Would book with them again!

Awesome location! The beach is steps away and the house is located in an area that isnt too busy with traffic. Host communicates very well! Great restaurants close by and lots of other things to do. We loved the chair and umbrella service as well.

We all loved all the upgrades this condo offers. The views are amazing, and the master room is huge. Over all the condo is huge. It feels roomie. It feels clean. It feels relaxing. My daughter and I, loved the dinner plates and silverware. We were in love with those. Also, the kitchen is very equipped (can opener, pizza cutter, sharp knives, etc etc). A/C was working, stove working, laundry room working, check in code working! Not a single problem! The kids loved the welcome donuts!

Emerald Towers 4006 was a great property. Nice condo with a great layout that was close to the beach. I enjoyed the pool being on the other side of the property. You didnt hear the usual pool noise in our room due to the pools distance from the condo. Love the huge master bedroom! The view was amazing!
