Welcome to “Just Beachy”!
This 1200 sq. ft. 4th-floor condo is located on beautiful Okaloosa Island and is perfect for small families and multi-couple vacationers.
Celebrate your time away from everyday life to live the Island life! The spacious living area, the private balcony with beach views, and the warm coastal settings are all you need to relax and have fun!
The Master suite features a king-size bed (sleeps 2), access to the balcony, and an attached private bathroom with a shower/tub. The 2nd bedroom features two full-size beds (sleeps 4), and there is a queen-size sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) in the living area. The 2nd bathroom features a shower/tub combo.
Enjoy preparing any meal in the fully equipped kitchen. We provide our guests with 5-star linens and towels. For your convenience, there is a fantastic coin-operated laundry facility down the hall by the East elevator! Also provided for our guests is one reserved parking spot.
For outdoor activities, enjoy our beautiful beaches and the FREE beach service (included in your rental), featuring: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Or, if you prefer, you can swim in our Gulf-side swimming pool. Spend more quality time with friends and family playing Pickle Ball and/or Tennis at the Tennis court! Or you can use the charcoal grilling area for outside cooking.
Please Note: A Signed Rental Agreement is Required on ALL Bookings. It will be emailed Separately to You. This must be electronically signed within 48 HRS of Booking.

- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
