Earth tones and calming blues mirror the spectacular views of the Gulf beaches below! Beyond the living room and master suite is the private balcony to soak up all the Island vibes you want.
The Master Suite (sleeps 2) features a cozy king-size bed. It has a full private bathroom with a garden tub, a walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The second bedroom offers a king bed (sleeps 2), and the third bedroom (sleeps 2) has twin bunk beds. The second full bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. All bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled. For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.
The kitchen has been remodeled and is fully equipped for any meal!
*This 3rd-floor unit is easily accessible from the parking garage. Walk straight to the front door from your vehicle! No elevator is needed.*
For outdoor fun, enjoy our beautiful beaches (within walking distance) and the free beach service (included in your rent), offering 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). If you prefer to stay sand-free, you can see the beauty of the beach without the sand from our lovely Gulf front pool. Plus, feel free to relax in the pleasantly heated pool or swim in the largest pool on the Island, here only at Waters Edge!
Continue enjoying the outdoors with friends and family by cooking in the charcoal grilling area. Additionally, those who want to keep their workout routines will love our gym/fitness room. Finally, we’re pleased to offer a covered 4 story parking garage for all Waters Edge guests.

- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely no animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
Security cameras are or may be present on the exterior of your rental. There are NO interior cameras. The sole purpose of video / audio security equipment is to secure the rental buildings. The purpose of video security equipment is NOT to evaluate registered guests or to monitor their behavior or conduct. Video security equipment will NOT be utilized to observe guest during their stay. Personnel in connection with investigation of suspected criminal conduct or security violations or incidents may review data from the video security equipment. Access to data involving guests will be limited to appropriate personnel and law enforcement officers. Such review will take place in the office of one of the parties listed above.
In the warmer months - please note, coastal air conditioning units cannot sustain being set on really low air temps in combination with the local high humidity... they freeze up and shut down. Please, please, please - keep the windows and doors closed. Open doors and windows can create powerful wind tunnels in units which can cause injury. Unfortunately, we have had some less considerate guests who have left the balcony doors open. Easy Vacation Services, the HOA, and/or the owner of the property shall NOT be held responsible for any damages or injuries associated with open windows and/or doors. Any necessary repairs will be billed directly to the renter/guest :(

GREAT location and gorgeous view. Condo was in great shape with plenty of room (3 bedrooms and 2 full baths). Lots of great recommendations on restaurants and things to do - we tried different places everyday and enjoyed walking on the beach and using the beach chairs/umbrella provided by the condo to enjoy the time in the sun. The heated pool was really nice after a long day. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing and fun beach vacation.

This stay could not have been better.
Everything matches their pictures and what was promised. It's right on the beach, across from the (huge) pool.
Better yet, the parking garage is right in from of the door. May e 20 steps to the front door, so getting unloaded and loading was a breeze.
Talk about a stress free vacation.
Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING was thought of by the hosts. From the welcome binder, telling us all the ins and outs of the island (where to eat, shop and play) - to all the small things provided around the condo to make our stay as smooth and worry free as possible.
This was a vacation for the books and we will definitely be trying to stay again!

The unit was very clean when we arrived and the convenience of walking straight from our car, right into the room was so nice. The parking garage is 4 floors and the the 3rd and 4th floors are connected to the main building. There were delicious donuts from the owner's bakery, waiting on us when we arrived. The rental came with beach chairs and an umbrella that were provided by a beach service and there were plenty of other beach toys available in a closet for the kids to use. We would definitely recommend this unit if you are wanting to stay in this area.

We loved this place. Right on the beach! Parking was great...drive up to the 3rd floor parking deck and walk right in. No hauling groceries or luggage up stairs/elevator. Just 2 flights of stairs down to the beach -never had to use elevator. Views are great. We placed online grocery orders at Target and did curbside pickup. The heated pool was great. We used it just about everyday -even when it was in the 40s!

This condo is amazing and 100% worth the stay. The customer service is stellar. The amenities are abundant and perfect. The size accommodated 4 adults (mom and dad, a 22 year old and a 25 year old) for 7 days. The location on the beach is amazing...the sunsets! We loved the sound of the beach at night. The location in Fort Walton Beach was ideal. We would not have changed a thing. I HIGHLY recommend this property and working with CareySue.

After being booked for Gulf Shores at a time when it was being shutdown after Hurricane Sally, we are so glad we found this unit after the GS trip was cancelled in such rushed circumstances. The condo was very clean, had everything we needed, and was tastefully decorated. The tile floors, leather couch, and large wooden coffee table easily bested the efforts of our 1 & 3 year olds. Our unit's balcony was directly over the pool (easily allowing us to talk with each other from pool to condo) and we really enjoyed the direct view of the beach and ocean as well as being close enough to spot and wave at each other when one or two of us had to retreat to the condo with one of the kids. I also had the privilege of meeting both the managers and owner of my unit and they were all very helpful and friendly. If you have time the night after check-in, please read the binder the local managers provide to see the very helpful suggestions of what to-do and where to eat. The beach service attendants are very dutiful (good thing!) and they WILL make sure everyone using a chair is a legitimate renter. Although a rental comes with two chairs, I would advise you call the number provided in the unit to make sure they're reserved for the smoothest experience. We had a great trip and this condo was a solid anchor during our time there. Enjoy!
