Upon entry into the cozy seaside living room, you are greeted by breathtaking views of the Gulf. Adjacent to the living room, and Master Suite, is access to the balcony where the coastal ambiance awaits.
The Master Suite (sleeps 2) features a comfortable king-size bed. It also has a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The second bedroom features a full bed (sleeps 2) and a private bathroom. The third bedroom also offers a queen (sleeps 2) bed and a private bathroom. Additionally, there is a cozy bunk bed alcove in the hallway (sleeps 2). For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.
This luxury condo has many amenities not offered in other condos, such as high-quality furniture, a fully equipped and fully stocked kitchen with all new updated stainless LG appliances, Keurig Coffee Maker, and cell phone chargers.
Other unique features included are the spacious granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, soft close drawers and cabinets, and LED lighting with dimmer switches.

Okaloosa Island in Fort-Walton Beach is minutes from Destin (approximately 7 miles) and a short 15-20 minutes from Fort-Walton Airport (VPS), where Allegiant, Delta, Southwest, and American airlines fly daily!
This condo is also conveniently located near the Destin/Fort Walton Beach Convention Center, Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier & Boardwalk, The Air Force Armament Museum, Eglin Air Force & Hurlburt Bases, and more!

- Check-in starts at 4 pm. Some properties may qualify for early check-in of 1 pm for $50 (+tax). *Subject to availability*
- Check-out is at 10 am. Some properties may qualify for a late check-out of 1 pm for $50 (+tax). *Subject to availability*
- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
Security cameras are or may be present on the exterior of your rental. There are NO interior cameras. The sole purpose of video / audio security equipment is to secure the rental buildings. The purpose of video security equipment is NOT to evaluate registered guests or to monitor their behavior or conduct. Video security equipment will NOT be utilized to observe guest during their stay. Personnel in connection with investigation of suspected criminal conduct or security violations or incidents may review data from the video security equipment. Access to data involving guests will be limited to appropriate personnel and law enforcement officers. Such review will take place in the office of one of the parties listed above.
In the warmer months - please note, coastal air conditioning units cannot sustain being set on really low air temps in combination with the local high humidity... they freeze up and shut down. Please, please, please - keep the windows and doors closed. Open doors and windows can create powerful wind tunnels in units which can cause injury. Unfortunately, we have had some less considerate guests who have left the balcony doors open. Easy Vacation Services, the HOA, and/or the owner of the property shall NOT be held responsible for any damages or injuries associated with open windows and/or doors. Any necessary repairs will be billed directly to the renter/guest :(
