Perch your cares on the 6th-floor penthouse of Waters Edge, located on the white sandy beaches of Okaloosa Island. This beautiful 1,452 sq. ft. of living space is perfect for families or multi-couple vacationers!
Upon entry, the warm colors, earth tones, and Island decor inspire a warm and welcoming Island vibe. Views of the Gulf are irresistible from the private balcony just beyond the living room and Master Suite.
The Master Suite (sleeps 2) features a cozy king-size bed. As well as a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, a large walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The second bedroom (sleeps 3) features a queen bed and a twin bed and a full private bathroom.
The third bedroom (sleeps 2) features a king bed, also with a private bathroom. In addition, there is a cozy bunk bed alcove in the hallway (sleeps 2) and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room (sleeps 2). For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.
Enjoy preparing your meals in the large, open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.
For outdoor fun, enjoy our beautiful beaches (within walking distance) and the FREE beach service (included in your rent), offering 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). If you prefer to stay sand-free, you can see the beauty of the beach without the sand from our lovely Gulf front pool. Plus, feel free to relax in the pleasantly heated pool or swim in the largest pool on the Island, here only at Waters Edge!

- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
Security cameras are or may be present on the exterior of your rental. There are NO interior cameras. The sole purpose of video / audio security equipment is to secure the rental buildings. The purpose of video security equipment is NOT to evaluate registered guests or to monitor their behavior or conduct. Video security equipment will NOT be utilized to observe guest during their stay. Personnel in connection with investigation of suspected criminal conduct or security violations or incidents may review data from the video security equipment. Access to data involving guests will be limited to appropriate personnel and law enforcement officers. Such review will take place in the office of one of the parties listed above.
In the warmer months - please note, coastal air conditioning units cannot sustain being set on really low air temps in combination with the local high humidity... they freeze up and shut down. Please, please, please - keep the windows and doors closed. Open doors and windows can create powerful wind tunnels in units which can cause injury. Unfortunately, we have had some less considerate guests who have left the balcony doors open. Easy Vacation Services, the HOA, and/or the owner of the property shall NOT be held responsible for any damages or injuries associated with open windows and/or doors. Any necessary repairs will be billed directly to the renter/guest :(

We had a family of 6 and we had so much room. We enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch on the balcony overlooking the beach. The views were spectacular. CareySue answered any questions we had. We highly recommend staying here and would do so again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room and a fantastic view from the 6th floor. This condo has 6 stories and has a very wide beach area. There was plenty of space for everyone in the complex to be on the beach. We saw other condos down the beach and in Destin that were much larger. Their beach areas were very crowded. The condo was spacious and comfortable. It was also nice to have 3 bathrooms. Location is convenient to FWB and a short Drive to Destin. Also, They have a 4 story parking garage! Plenty of parking for everyone. Big Plus! It was the only condo in that area that I noticed that had a parking garage. If we had any questions they were a quick phone call away. The weather was cool while we were there. One of the pools was heated. Another big plus. The pool was actually larger than I thought it would be. Pictures of pools can sometimes be deceiving in listings. This one will not disappoint. I would highly recommend this condo. Great communications from a great host. Thanks!

This was our fourth stay at Waters Edge and our second in this unit. Everything is sparkling clean and the furniture, appliances and amenities are all in excellent shape. The building has the largest pool on the island and a great free beach chair and umbrella set-up. We will definitely be back.

The condo was exactly as described: large, clean, and welcoming. The condo is just what the pictures showed, to a "T". We shopped for food for our stay but besides that, basically, everything else that could have been needed was already there. The location was easy to find and easy to access. Parking was plentiful. The check-in and check-out processes were as smooth as can be. The owners were very fast in communications, regardless of day or time. I'd highly recommend the condo and the owners to rent from again.

Waters edge room 604, Extremely clean! Location is perfect. Kid friendly pools. Staff at the facility is very helpful. Has covered parking garage, great for summer days. Patio is a bit small but fit 6 adults for breakfast.
