Welcome to “Wave N’ Sea”!
This gorgeous, 760 sq. ft. direct beachfront, 2nd-floor smaller complex condo is located on the sandy beaches of Okaloosa Island. It is perfect for small families and couple’s getaways.
Escape the daily grind to relax in this little slice of heaven! Be greeted by the lovely decor and coastal vibes as you enter the living space of this direct beachfront property. Pour a glass of wine and enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing to the shore from the private balcony.
Unwind in the cozy bedroom, featuring a king-size bed (sleeps 2) with an attached private bathroom. There is a bunk bed (sleeps 2) alcove in the hallway and a queen-size sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) in the living room.
Enjoy preparing any meal in the wonderfully upgraded and equipped kitchen. For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.
For outdoor activities, enjoy our beautiful beaches and the FREE beach service (included in your rental), featuring: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Or, if you prefer, you can also swim in our gulf side swimming pool!

Veranda condos is a clean, quiet, family-friendly, Small condo complex (only 9 units) and centrally located on beautiful Okaloosa Island in Fort-Walton Beach! Okaloosa Island in Fort-Walton Beach is minutes from Destin (approximately 7 miles) and a short 15-20 minutes from Fort-Walton Airport (VPS), where Allegiant, Delta, Southwest, and American airlines fly daily!
This condo is also conveniently located near the Destin/Fort Walton Beach Convention Center, Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier & Boardwalk, The Air Force Armament Museum, Eglin Air Force & Hurlburt Bases, and more!

- Check-in starts at 4 pm. Some properties may qualify for early check-in of 1 pm for $50 (+tax). *Subject to availability*
- Check-out is at 10 am. Some properties may qualify for a late check-out of 1 pm for $50 (+tax). *Subject to availability*
- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
Security cameras are or may be present on the exterior of your rental. There are NO interior cameras. The sole purpose of video / audio security equipment is to secure the rental buildings. The purpose of video security equipment is NOT to evaluate registered guests or to monitor their behavior or conduct. Video security equipment will NOT be utilized to observe guest during their stay. Personnel in connection with investigation of suspected criminal conduct or security violations or incidents may review data from the video security equipment. Access to data involving guests will be limited to appropriate personnel and law enforcement officers. Such review will take place in the office of one of the parties listed above.

The view from the balcony was amazing. I loved being able to walk right out to the beach day or night. It never felt crowded on the beach, which is very important for me. I was afraid there would be lots of steps up to the condo, but I was relieved to find an elevator. Plenty of space for 6 to sleep. We never had an issue with hot water for the showers, so that was great. The Italian restaurant in the hotel across the back alley is amazing and so convenient to get to. There was a gas station at the corner a few minutes drive and several restaurants in between. Right next door was also a little bar and pizzeria that you could walk to from the beach.

Had a weekend getaway with my husband. It was the perfect location. The place was spotless and well equipped. We loved being right on the beach. It was a great spot and very easy to walk to several great restaurants. We enjoyed never having to get in our car while we were there. We got texts and updates from the owners. They checked in on us a few times to make sure we didnt need anything, and to just ask how we were enjoying our stay. I felt like that was a really nice personal touch. Also, they won huge points with my kids when we found Okaloosa donuts on the counter when we arrived.

Rented this property with my wife and our 3 kids . Location was really nice and convenient. the beach wasnt ever super crowded which we loved ! The addition of the free beach chairs and umbrellas were extremely nice! Our kids loved the pool and they had the pool to themselves for the most part . Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved the laid back location and the fact is wasnt overly congested which is exactly what we were looking for.

"5 Stars! We went for a much needed long weekend away and found this gem! It was clean, getting an early check in was a huge plus (easy check in), and the location was great. Right on the beach! The condo was as described online and was clean. Nice beach decor inside and nice beach area outside. The check in was very easy. Liked the location which offered a short walk out to the beach and short drive to everything else. Management communication was good before and during the stay. They were always quick to respond and were helpful. It would have been a better stay if Hurricane Sally had not caused weather issues for the week. I do recommend the condo and the management company.

This place was PERFECT for our family of 3. Check-in was a breeze and we could not have asked for a better location and condo to stay in. Even when our next kid arrives, we would fit perfectly in CareySue's place! The view of the beach was amazing and the location was just so easy to get in and out of. You don't even need to wear shoes down to the beach. The condo was so clean and beautifully decorated. They had some great local tips in their suggestions binder. We will absolutely be back!

Quiet and convenient
Loved being able to park so close to the actual property. So easy to get in/out to go out to eat or shop. Too, the beach is so close. Nice having the pool because beach was closed a few days while on vacation. we truly enjoyed everything else the unit had to offer. Thank you for helping us make memorable moments as a family!
