This charming, 812 sq. ft. loft townhome, is located on beautiful Okaloosa Island and is perfect for small families and couples’ getaways.
Drift away from the norm and relax in this cute and cozy living space! At a fantastic location, this townhome is only a 5-minute walk to the beach! You’ll also enjoy that this townhome has a private entrance.
The loft bedroom features a king-size bed (sleeps 2), an attached full private bathroom with a shower/tub, and a private balcony with a view of the Bay. Additionally, there is a full-size sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) in the living area. There is a half bathroom in the living area as well. Also, there is a small backyard and outdoor shower downstairs.
Enjoy preparing any meal in the fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience, there is an in-unit washer and dryer.
Please Note: A Signed Rental Agreement is Required on ALL Bookings. It will be emailed Separately to You. This must be electronically signed within 48 HRS of Booking.

- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
