“Okaloosa Dreamin” at Waters Edge is the perfect seascape getaway! Located on the sandy beaches of Okaloosa Island, this spacious, newly remodeled, 4th-floor condo invites you to unwind and leave your cares behind.
Okaloosa Dreamin’ has 1,452 sq. ft. of living space, perfect for families or multi-couple getaways. Tranquil colors complement stunning views from the beachfront balcony, easily accessible from the living room or the Master Suite.
The Master Suite features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and a Fully remodeled private bathroom. This gorgeous bathroom features a large shower, garden tub, and dual vanities.
*Note: All bathrooms are completely remodeled for an optimal vacation experience!
The 2nd bedroom also offers a king-size bed (sleeps 2) with a private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk (sleeps 3) with an attached private bathroom. Additionally, there is a cozy bunk bed alcove in the hallway (sleeps 2). For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.
Also, enjoy preparing your meals in the bright, open, upgraded kitchen. The kitchen has new granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.
For outdoor fun, enjoy our beautiful beaches (within walking distance) and the FREE beach service (included in your rent), offering 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). If you prefer to stay sand-free, you can see the beauty of the beach without the sand from our lovely Gulf front pool. Plus, feel free to relax in the pleasantly heated pool or swim in the largest pool on the Island, here only at Waters Edge!
Continue enjoying the outdoors with friends and family by cooking in the charcoal grilling area. Additionally, those who want to keep their workout routines will love our gym/fitness room. Finally, we’re pleased to offer a covered 4 story parking garage for all Waters Edge guests.

- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
Security cameras are or may be present on the exterior of your rental. There are NO interior cameras. The sole purpose of video / audio security equipment is to secure the rental buildings. The purpose of video security equipment is NOT to evaluate registered guests or to monitor their behavior or conduct. Video security equipment will NOT be utilized to observe guest during their stay. Personnel in connection with investigation of suspected criminal conduct or security violations or incidents may review data from the video security equipment. Access to data involving guests will be limited to appropriate personnel and law enforcement officers. Such review will take place in the office of one of the parties listed above.
In the warmer months - please note, coastal air conditioning units cannot sustain being set on really low air temps in combination with the local high humidity... they freeze up and shut down. Please, please, please - keep the windows and doors closed. Open doors and windows can create powerful wind tunnels in units which can cause injury. Unfortunately, we have had some less considerate guests who have left the balcony doors open. Easy Vacation Services, the HOA, and/or the owner of the property shall NOT be held responsible for any damages or injuries associated with open windows and/or doors. Any necessary repairs will be billed directly to the renter/guest :(

My family of 7 had a great week at Waters Edge. Nice and clean and provided all the necessities that were needed. Bedrooms were comfy. Bathrooms were nice and clean and the master bedroom/bath was amazing! It was nice having chairs at the beach and they also had toys for the beach. Would definitely come back and stay again!!!!

Loved 404 property! Beautiful location that was beachfront. Very clean, multiple beds (2 kings!), tvs, appliances to use, an extra boogie board (which is useful when you have to fly in). Extra towels would have been nice, but had washer/dryer in unit that worked great too. Its right by the elevator. Quickest way to get to the front door is parking on the 4th floor. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and cozy is an understatement! The master suite is perfect and the extra bunks were fantastic for naps! The appliances are top of the line and super clean, as well as the pots, pans and utensils. Furnished beach chairs and umbrella are a plus too! We used the information site CareySue provided to make the stay more like visiting family with all the inside scoops of the best places to visit and eat. We will definitely visit again and use CareySues other locations.

Fantastic! We had a wonderful spring break and made family memories that will last a lifetime. The place is so clean and everything has been updated recently, it feels brand new. The elevator and stairs down to the beach are right outside the door so its super convenient with kids in tow. The heated pool was a huge hit with the kids and while we were there at the peak of spring break it never felt crowded like some other places we have stayed in the past. Everything about the unit, location, and host communication was top-notch.

CareySue is absolutely a wonderful host she stayed in touched and asked how our stay was and if everything was going fine. The condo was exactly what the pictures showed!
