Welcome to “The Happy Crab”!
This new, completely remodeled, 1,475 sq. ft. 2nd-floor condo is located on beautiful Okaloosa Island and is perfect for families and multi-couple vacationers.
With easy beach access and lots of amenities, you’ll have everything you need for an exciting gulf-coast vacation! This welcoming and cozy living space is great for letting loose from the daily grind and having fun!
The Master bedroom features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and access to the full private balcony. There is a full bathroom featuring a shower/tub located between the Master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom. The 2nd bedroom features 2 queen-size beds (sleeps 4), and the 3rd bedroom (sleeps 2) with a queen-size bed. Additionally, there is a queen-size sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) in the living area. The 2nd full bathroom features a shower/tub and is located next to the 3rd bedroom.
Enjoy preparing any meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Also, enjoy your mornings by preparing your favorite coffee or tea at the coffee bar. Then sit outside on the balcony!
We provide our guests with 5-star linens and towels. Also, for your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit.
For outdoor fun, enjoy our beautiful beaches and the FREE beach service (included in your rental), featuring: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Or if you prefer, you can swim in our swimming pool (deepest pool on the island) or have fun with friends and family playing basketball, pickleball, or tennis! In addition, there is storage for bicycles, an air inflation station, an ice machine, and lots of green space for cooking in the charcoal grilling area!

- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
