Aqua Villa 403 - La Vista Mare
Unit 403, The “La Vista Mar’e” is an 890 sq. ft. lovely two bedroom, two bath, top (4th) floor condo with a million-dollar gulf front view. The welcoming powdery white beaches of Okaloosa Island entertain our guests both day and night; feel free to take a starlit walk along the beach. Located in the Aqua Villa complex, this modest twenty-four-unit building is known for its atmosphere of camaraderie and friendship among its guests. The emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico are visible whether standing poolside or cooking at one of our complimentary barbecue grills. La Vista Mar'e directly overlooks the pool.
New ownership, new management, new paint, new sofas, new floors, new kitchenware, new drapes and sheers.
La Vista Mar'e has a master suite with an electrically adjustable queen-size bed that sleeps two, a TV, its own large walk-through closet, and a full-size bathroom with full walk-in shower. The master suite also has a modest view of the Santa Rosa Sound and the occasional boat traffic there. The second bedroom dons a magnificent view of the beach, has two double beds that sleep four, a TV, a full closet, and easy access to the second full bathroom with a bath and shower combo. You can also utilize the sleeper sofa bed (sleeps 2) that is in the living room. There's a 55-inch TV in the main living area. And check this out, La Vista Mar'e has its own washer and drier compliments of the house! No need for the community pay machines. We provide our guests with linens and towels. If you like to cook, for your convenience La Vista Mar'e also offers a fully equipped kitchen with an open view. The Gulf is visible throughout!
There are many exciting things to do, such as:
– Shopping of all kinds, boutiques, exclusives, casuals, kids stores
– A wide variety of restaurants with fare for every palate and budget
– The Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park
– Fish right at our own famous Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or go deep sea fishing from the World's Luckiest Fishing Village only minutes away in Destin (7 miles), or you could just fish right outside on the beach!
– You're only 11 miles (18 min.) from Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS). Allegiant, Delta, American, and Southwest Airlines fly daily.
– Conveniently located near the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Convention Center
– The Air Force Armament Museum, Eglin Air Force and Hurlburt Field air bases are nearby

- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
