This charming, and beautifully remodeled 1,089 sq. ft. Bayfront condo, with a private entrance, is located on Amazing Okaloosa Island and is perfect for small families and couples’ getaways. Escape from the pressures of life for a while and enjoy the beach life! This warm, welcoming living space offers plenty of those vacation vibes you’ve been dreaming of.
The Master bedroom features a king size bed (sleeps 2) with an attached full bathroom (stand in shower). The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed (sleeps 2) with an attached full bathroom (stand in shower). Lastly, there is a full balcony just off the living room overlooking the beautiful bay.
Enjoy preparing any meal in the fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.
Please Note: A Signed Rental Agreement is Required on ALL Bookings. It will be emailed Separately to You. This must be electronically signed within 48 HRS of Booking.

- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
Kitchen: 1 roll of paper towels, 60ml bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 Keurig pods, 4 sugar sticks, 4 creamers (2 French vanilla and 2 original), cleaning wipes (15ct), 3 trash bags, and 2 laundry pods.
Full Bathroom(s): 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 37ml bottle of shampoo, 37ml bottle of conditioner, 37ml bottle of body wash, 37ml bottle of lotion, hand & face bar, massage body bar, and makeup wipes.
