You will love unplugging from the rest of the world in this luxury beachfront condo at Waters Edge. Located on the white sandy beaches of Okaloosa Island, this 3rd floor, fully remodeled, 1,452 sq. ft. of living space is perfect for families or multi-couple vacationers!
Upon entry into the cozy seaside living room, you are greeted by breathtaking views of the Gulf. Adjacent to the living room, and Master Suite, is access to the balcony where the coastal ambiance awaits.
The Master Suite (sleeps 2) features a comfortable king-size bed. It also has a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The second bedroom features a queen bed (sleeps 2) and a private bathroom. The third bedroom also offers a queen (sleeps 2) bed and a private bathroom. Additionally, there is a cozy bunk bed alcove in the hallway (sleeps 2). For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.
This luxury condo has many amenities not offered in other condos, such as high-quality furniture, a fully equipped and fully stocked kitchen with all new updated stainless LG appliances, Keurig Coffee Maker, and cell phone chargers.
Other unique features included are the spacious granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, soft close drawers and cabinets, and LED lighting with dimmer switches.
For outdoor fun, enjoy our beautiful beaches (within walking distance) and the FREE beach service (included in your rent), offering 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st).
