This charming, 1,250 sq. ft. loft condo at Commodore's Landing, with a private entrance, is located on beautiful Okaloosa Island and is perfect for small families and couples’ getaways.
Escape from the pressures of life for a while and enjoy the beach life! This warm, welcoming living space offers plenty of those beachy vacation vibes you’ve been dreaming of.
The Master bedroom features a King size bed (sleeps 2) with an attached full bathroom (tub/shower combo). The 2nd bedroom features a queen-size bed (sleeps 2) with an attached full bathroom (tub/shower combo). Additionally, there are 2 full-size beds (sleeps 4) located in the loft! Lastly, there is a balcony on the main floor overlooking the community pool.
Enjoy preparing any meal in the fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.
Please Note: A Signed Rental Agreement is Required on ALL Bookings. It will be emailed Separately to You. This must be electronically signed within 48 HRS of Booking.

- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies):
Kitchen: 1 roll of paper towels, 60ml bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 packet of coffee grounds, 5 coffee filters, 4 sugar sticks, 4 creamers (2 French vanilla and 2 original), cleaning wipes (15ct), 3 trash bags, and 2 laundry pods.
Full Bathroom(s): 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 37ml bottle of shampoo, 37ml bottle of conditioner, 37ml bottle of body wash, 37ml bottle of lotion, hand & face bar, massage body bar, and makeup wipes.
Half Bathroom(s): 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and hand & face bar.
For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Spices & condiments are not provided.
