This lovely, 1091 sq. ft. newly remodeled direct beachfront, smaller complex, 2nd-floor corner condo is the perfect place for seaside living! Located on the sandy beaches of Okaloosa Island, it is excellent for families and multi-couple getaways.
Surrounded by soft colors, lovely decor, and open windows, the spacious living area has plenty of ways to relax into the Island life. Become entranced by captivating scenes of the Gulf waters from the private balcony.
The Master Suite features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) with private balcony access. It also has an attached private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The 2nd bedroom features a full bed (sleeps 2) and one twin bed (sleeps 1), and there is a queen-size sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) in the living area. The 2nd full bathroom offers a walk-in shower.
Enjoy preparing any meal in the fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. Also provided for our guests is one reserved parking spot.
For outdoor activities, enjoy our beautiful beaches and the FREE beach service (included in your rental), featuring: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Or you can go swimming in the pool! Also, spend time with friends and family cooking in the charcoal grilling area.
Please Note: A Signed Rental Agreement is Required on ALL Bookings. It will be emailed Separately to You. This must be electronically signed within 48 HRS of Booking.

This condo is also conveniently located near the Destin/Fort Walton Beach Convention Center, Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier & Boardwalk, The Air Force Armament Museum, Eglin Air Force & Hurlburt Bases, and more!

- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
