You will love this spacious elevated single-story home! With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone! The master bedroom features a king bed (sleeps 2) and a private full bathroom with a garden tub and a Walk-in Shower. The second bedroom features a queen (sleeps 2). The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed (sleeps 2) and a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The second full bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The spacious living area has a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2).
The living area opens to the awesome waterfront deck! Perfect for outdoor entertaining! The deck stairs descend down to the boardwalk, small private beach area, and boat dock! Let the kiddos and the dogs run freely in the fenced in yard.
Enjoy preparing any meal in the large fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels.
Please note: A Signed Rental Agreement Is Required on ALL Bookings. It will be emailed separately to you. It must be signed within 48hrs of booking.
*DOG Friendly - $150 +tax dog (PER DOG) FEE. Approved DOG/S only. Limited TO 2 DOGS – additional dog addendum must be signed
*Boats - $40/daily fee for docking - trailer parking available on property. Insurance, signed separate boat addendum AND BOAT Registration is Required FOR ALL Boats.

- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
